Welcome Michigan fans, friends and family. I’d like to personally say “thank you” for stopping by and hopefully taking a few moments to read some of the wonderful articles here for you today. If you like what you see and read, rest assured that next week we’ll be back with Issue #2 and much more.
For now though, please feel free to look around and thanks for visiting Hokeamaniac.com
In this issue…
No matter where you turn these days, it appears to be unanimous…the Michigan faithful believe Brady Hoke is going to restore Michigan to its’ previous glory and do-so relatively quickly. Now that may be exactly true, but feature writer Alvin T. takes a moment to remind us all of exactly what that recent “glory” was and asks the question, “Now that Rich Rod is gone, are Michigan’s Darkest Days Behind Them?”
John Kayser offers up two feature articles for the premier issue. First John gives a nice overview and breakdown of which current members of Brady Hoke’s inaugural Michigan roster will need to be Michigan’s 2011 Impact Players. Then John points his attention on Brady Hoke’s first opponent and Previews the Western Michigan Broncos of Coach Bill Cubit.
Finally the principal prognosticator to the stars Danny Sawicki goes in-depth with the Big Ten Conference and breaks down the expected final records and standings of each of the 12 teams in the new Legends and Leaders divisions in his article 2011 B1G Ten Predicted Here.
Of course, as news breaks we’ll try to put our spin on it and be sure to stay up to the minute with all the happenings in Michigan football during Brady Hoke’s inaugural season at the helm of the Maize and Blue.
