Kyle Kalis Just Says No to OSU, Picks Michigan

Another highly touted high school recruit has decided he’ll be taking his talents from Ohio to Michigan as Kyle Kalis offered up his verbal commitment to Brady Hoke on Sunday.

The five-star 6-foot-5, 300-pound offensive lineman stated in not so many words that he didn’t want to pay for a crime he didn’t commit (by staying at OSU) and that he wanted to go to a place where he felt “safe and secure.”

Kalis will be a most welcomed addition to the 2012 class and when paired-up with previous Michigan 2012 commit Erik Magnuson out of Carlsbad, CA should be the building blocks of a pretty dominate offensive line.

If Brady Hoke does not get the coveted Michigan run game establish in 2011, he will sure be well on his way come 2012.
